Insurance, energy, internet: with the notice period that decides when you can switch. Your circle is the neighbours and friends you can ask to water the plants or hold a key; you see who said yes.
Inventory & lending
The ladder, the trailer, the good drill: registered once with receipt and warranty, and a lending record when it leaves the house, with a nudge when it has been away too long.
Alerts
One list across documents, health, vehicles and home. Critical means act now; important means review soon; "not filled in yet" is the honest list of what the household still hasn't told Home Space.
